“My paintings have always reflected my fascination with the nature and quality of light—how light defines not only the physical space, but also the rich, almost palpable atmosphere of a specific moment in time. In the process of painting, I work to discover and capture the unique visual and emotional resonance of the simple and quiet views that I love.”
Mary Lou’s paintings are in numerous private collections. To see some of them, click here.
